1. How to make the " Blowpipe " .?

The Original is Wooden one from "Belian", "Selangan", "Manggeris", "Merbau" Other Softwood can be used, The Urban Version is of Alluminum Pipe or Fibreglass.

The Original is made from "Apin", a type of plant, most Sarawakian Knows. Any other thing will do.

The original is made from "Luba", a type of plant, most Sarawakian Knows. Any other thing will do.

The tree is quite hard to find now but there is one at Batu Bungan at Mulu area, Miri. One I found between the Mulu Base camp to Camp no 1. in 1991 . I think its still there.
Two nos. of the tree can be found at Kampung Ranggu, Limbang & another at Kpg. Tedungan, appro. 41 km from Limbang. I am not quite sure if any body have cut it down by now . Another tree i found at Kpg. Sembawang, Lundu was cut down. What a pity !.

It takes between 3 ~ 4 Hour , & very effective. Any antidote ?. Ask those who have done with the Research .
