余启康校长从1.12.92起到一小至4.10.96止, 共掌校了三年又十个月.
余校长掌校期间, 处事认真, 严格而不滥用职权; 他不随便把任务推
予他人, 很多事务亲力亲为, 学校里的表格有很多也是由其亲自打印.
正如老师代表李老师在 "欢送余校长荣休仪式" 上所说: 余校长平日
不苟言笑, 但却乐于助人、关心每一位同事, 同时也让大家能在安宁
与欢乐的日子中渡过这几年的教书生涯....”有些同事和不少同学也
在当天流下依依不舍的眼泪, 全体师生流露出的离别情怀, 令人非常
感动! 这也印证了, 以德服人者, 人恒敬之! 余校长在一小虽只服务
将近四年, 但在教育界却服务了整三十八年。别了，让我们祝余校长
荣休快乐, 身体安康!
